Model Renderings

Models are a way to provide visuals for the client to see the spatial relationships, scale, and the overall aesthetic of a project. In this Dallas, TX project the model was a great tool to help bring the site plan to life and give the client a better understanding of the design. The model was a key factor for making more informed decision-making when designing at a larger scale and allowed the clients to evaluate and provide feedback on design elements, materials, and layouts.

By giving the model screenshots a sketchy style instead of a realistic look, it helps inform the client that the design is still evolving.

We wanted to show the client the scale of the gate and a large brick wall compared to the existing driveway. Includes views from the second existing driveway with the proposed plants.

Understanding the feel and look of the front shade garden and water feature.

Contrasting new terrace and proposed walls to existing stairs and upper terrace.
